Terms and Conditions
Debt Trust UK is a provider of information to those in debt. Our Staff are fully trained and aim to review your circumstances and point you in the right direction. If appropriate, and with your approval, we will arrange for a fully licensed Insolvency Practitioner or Mortgage Broker to contact you and assess your circumstances in more depth.
We do not charge a fee for any of the information we provide to the public and ensure that any of the third parties we recommend also provide free initial advice. Should you use the services of a third party we recommend, Debt Trust UK may receive commission in respect of the introduction. Please also refer to the standard website terms and conditions at the bottom of this page.Disclaimer
This website contains lots of useful information and was accurate at the time of publication. However everybody’s circumstances are different and as such whilst we are happy to act as a guide we always recommend you obtain more tailored advice from a regulated individual (such as an Insolvency Practitioner) and will arrange this for you.
The Debt Management Company we currently work with has been providing free advice for over 20 years. They are fully licensed and hold a valid consumer credit license. In light of the above we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred as a result of the information we provide.
